Meet Nicole Sconzo, Founder: A Pioneer in Functional Health & Beauty
Nicole’s passion for health and wellness began in 1988 when, at just 18 years old, she became certified to teach exercise classes. She spent years leading four classes a day while diving deep into nutrition and fitness, educating herself by borrowing books from the library at a time when formal careers in the wellness industry were scarce.
Under societal pressure to pursue a more "traditional" career, Nicole transitioned into the beauty industry, where she spent 25 years climbing the ranks to senior executive positions. But throughout her career, one truth became evident: despite women spending billions in the pursuit of beauty, their skin wasn’t improving, and their overall health was often neglected.
Determined to bridge the gap between beauty and true wellness, Nicole launched her functional health and wellness practice a decade ago. Starting from a small home office with telehealth consultations, she also wrote articles for her blog, contributed to peer-reviewed publications, and worked with the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America.
Nicole firmly believes that beauty starts in the gut—because all health begins there. No amount of creams, cosmetics, or procedures will deliver lasting results if the body’s internal health isn’t addressed first.
With this philosophy at its core, Nicole founded TOTALE Medical Rejuvenation Center—a total health and beauty destination that prioritizes wellness first, followed by regenerative beauty treatments.

Meet Mark J. Rametta
D.O, FACP, FACOI
Dr. Rametta received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham College in 1980. He then pursued his medical education at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, graduating in 1985. Subsequently, he completed his postgraduate education,including an Internship at Union Hospital in Union, N.J. and Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J.
Dr. Rametta is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Internists.
He was previously in Private Practice as an Internal Medicine Specialist for over 18 years.
Dr. Rametta is in the field of Medical Aesthetics specializing in injectables including Botox and Fillers. He considers injectables to be an art form looking to enhance natural beauty and symmetry. Dr Rametta is also an avid abstract art painter which complements his skills in medical aesthetics.
Dr Rametta enjoys spending time with his clients to truly uncover the look they want to achieve with medical aesthetics.
When Dr Rametta is not working, he enjoys playing music as a woodwind player and hitting the local links in Florida for golf.
