Meet Nicole Sconzo, Founder
In the early 90's Nicole grew into a management role in the beauty industry while also becoming a certified fitness instructor, teaching classes after work.

Both careers continued to grow in the following 20+ years with executive roles in many of the major specialty retailers in the US, as well as with prestige global cosmetic manufacturers. Nicole later earned a Master's Degree & Board Certification in Clinical Nutrition and started a functional medicine natural health practice in the NYC metro area.

In 2021, Nicole moved to South Florida and in May 2023 opened Totale Medical Rejuvenation Center, which combines her 35 years in both the beauty and health/wellness industries. Totale Boca* offers aesthetic face and medical aesthetic treatments, cosmetic injectables, medical nutrition health therapy, supplement protocols, innovative wellness treatments and a retail boutique.
Totale Medical Rejuvenation Center strives to bring men, women and teens the latest aesthetic treatments utilizing the most current state of the art product technology, cutting edge medical and aesthetic treatments administered by board certified physicians.
Totale Boca provides evidence-based natural health as well as medical nutrition protocols and therapies based on the most recent medical data. All of our practitioners are fully licensed, highly educated, and credentialed with additional board certifications in their respective professions and work within their scope of licensure.

Meet Mark J. Rametta
D.O, FACP, FACOI
Dr. Rametta received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Fordham College in 1980. He then pursued his medical education at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, graduating in 1985. Subsequently, he completed his postgraduate education,including an Internship at Union Hospital in Union, N.J. and Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, N.J.
Dr. Rametta is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and American College of Osteopathic Internists.
He was previously in Private Practice as an Internal Medicine Specialist for over 18 years.
Dr. Rametta is in the field of Medical Aesthetics specializing in injectables including Botox and Fillers. He considers injectables to be an art form looking to enhance natural beauty and symmetry. Dr Rametta is also an avid abstract art painter which complements his skills in medical aesthetics.
Dr Rametta enjoys spending time with his clients to truly uncover the look they want to achieve with medical aesthetics.
When Dr Rametta is not working, he enjoys playing music as a woodwind player and hitting the local links in Florida for golf.
